After I think better about this theory of Sonic 06 being about Elise getting more interesting because

Many things we can see from one perspective of a meaning of that in another perspective and also about the three hedgehogs in relation to story and morals in sonic 06.

Talked to my friend and he said that although the game is very fast in development it has something he wants to say about morals and such, it's not just a game about time travel but about Expectation, The World and Decisions.

Expectation

Elise at the beginning of sonic 06, when she has a vision of Iblis and the city on fire she looks at everything with a look of hatred, not at Iblis but at everything she feels since she was with Iblis at the end of the game, Although I reviewed this initial cutscene in better quality I noticed that she looks with a worried look, not of hatred but it's about her being stuck in the perspective of the world that was put as a governess.

When Sonic came into her life, he gradually changed his perspective on the world and her being herself, but when Mephiles killed Sonic in front of him she couldn't stand it anymore to see her key to the world (Sonic) collapse and what happened happens and in the end, her relationship with Sonic can be symbolic what he does with everyone being free without worries, the side story of Sonic though he represents the Present, his moral is about Freedom and how Elise's safe zone , Elise met Amy and learned about Love and with Sonic she learned about freedom and never looking back or overcoming difficulties, Eggman can represent the problems of her past, Mephiles selfishness and the consequences of her actions, Iblis her resentments, Silver (which I will talk about his story side with Blaze) he represents fixes the future and Shadow represents what she will be if she decides to be herself in the future in the wrong way.

Decisions

Silver:

On Silver's lore side of his future, he and Blaze are fighting tirelessly to defeat Iblis, until Mephiles arrives and manipulates them to change the past, Silver tries to change the past from Mephiles' perspective but seeing how it can ruin his future he decides to go back to the future and fix it at that time because he alters the past can screw up his future more and this is where Blaze may be a bit important, though Blaze has a rough and forced appearance in Sonic 06 despite It's confirmed that Rush came later (not well stopped to think about all games being canon, Sega didn't care if the games were interconnected, but today it cares if something is canon in lore or not, which is a bad decision, but that's maybe for another post) Blaze may represent Silver's Guilt as she may be a hallucination of him about not changes the future that's why when she dies it would represent the guilt and regret of Silver leaving, despite Elise's guilt interaction with Silver it may represent a part about guilt fixes things.

Sonic:

Sonic just like I said above he can represent what Elise wants to be, free and just being herself, just being a girl. Sonic taught Elise about freedom and doesn't care about the world's perspective, She follows his advice and begins to free herself more over time, with Amy she can free herself a little more, Sonic then taught her about things in life but when he dies in front of her her shell broke completely and reviving what she was taught by her father as a child. (thought better is very similar to Chris' lore in Japanese Sonic X).

Shadow:

Shadow represents what Elise doesn't want to be a monster in the future, the difference is that Shadow tells Mephiles that "If the world is against me I'll fight it", but with Elise if she does the same the world will collapse if she tries to risk it, although it has no more meanings here with Shadow and Elise, in the part of Mephiles and he can represent what Shadow can be becomes in the future, Mephiles perhaps became his form because he saw at some point the potential of Shadow and the world against him but Shadow reminded of Maria's promise he is not manipulated by him and decides anyway to fight against the world he may be in the future.

Mephiles & Iblis:

Both of them can represent in Elise her consequences, to think "why didn't Mephiles kill Elise instead of killing Sonic" maybe he doesn't have resentments for her but for her father, Mephiles he can represent the consequences if Elise tries to follow her way about the world she thinks, Iblis is the part of the hatred and resentment kept for years free herself and destroys the world created her mental breakdown.

Elise's father:

Duke was the cause of all this and also he can represent the perspective of the world that he put on his daughter, Elise was just a girl when she lost her parents and the Duke's wish was that she never cries and be strong, but this brought her the consequences of Elise, her being trapped in her father's perspectives, She kept hatred for everything that was put into the world and almost made her revolt against everyone until Sonic arrived.

Conclusion

At the end of the story, when all was lost, Elise felt Sonic in the wind and silver noticed that maybe Elise can do it, he encourages her to try to do the ritual, and maybe this represents "be yourself, don't depend on these choices" (which would be the trio of hedgehogs representing her options), a lot of people complain about the kiss being "unnecessary" but it can symbolize Elise's conclusion that is "My Destiny", the kissed was her decision after all the Esmeralda don't do many miracles without something specific, The kissed was how it represents what, Elise wants, In the end she goes back to the past to erase Solaris, but before she didn't want Sonic and everyone to be forgotten so she had the last mental breakdown, but Sonic was there with her and comforted her for the last time. "Elise...Smile", This line from Sonic can say that maybe it is the representation that Elise can be herself She then did what was right for her and in the end Elise could be what she wished for, so maybe the song My Destiny is also symbolizing what Elise could be and sonic as a solution for her.

That was today's theostreet I hope I didn't make a mistake in writing and having remembered what to discuss with my friend yesterday.

SatBK AU where Mephiles is Tristan (only because Merlin prophesied that Lancelot and Tristan would have the greatest duel ever and they did), and he’s in love with Elise as Iseult. Instead of an adultery thing, Tristan is meant to kill her because she’s cursed and their union would unleash unspeakable evil upon the land
