Did a (very late) Secret Santa piece for @mercurysketches! I'm really happy with how it turned out! My first time drawing sequins and I think I did well!
Too lazy to format this properly, so here’s a tiny thing about younger Secondo and Terzo (both are about 10 or 11 years old)
Warnings: kids being morbid and talking about gruesome fates in hell, hints of Secondo being interested in cannibalism if you squint.
It’s short, but I’m hiding it under a cut anyway

Secondo rummaged through a bush, grabbing a pebble and throwing it at a tower of soda cans he set up, letting out a small huff from the intensity of his throw. He missed, the pebble flying over it and hitting against the brick wall of The Ministry’s building.
Terzo did the same, grabbing a larger rock and having about the same result as Secondo, though his stone just barely grazing over one of the cans.
“That was a close one.” Secondo commented, fetching another rock and repeating a throw, missing again with a sigh.
Terzo decided to go to the wall, grabbing the thrown rocks and collecting them, just to bring them back into a pile so the two wouldn’t have to look so hard for more rocks. “…Random question, but what do you think it’ll be like in Hell?”
Secondo shrugged, “I dunno. You know how some people believe in personal heavens? I think Hell would be personal.” He grabbed from the pile, throwing again, managing to knock down one can, “Yes!”
“What do you hope your Hell is like?” Terzo sat on the ground, content to just pick through the grass instead.
“I kinda hope I get to watch my flesh rot, or have my soul inhabit my body again during The End, so I can be a fully aware zombie while I eat the remaining sinners on Earth.”
“…Huh.” Terzo muttered, picking grass and piling it around him, making a sort of nest.
“What do you think your Hell would be like?” Secondo glanced at Terzo briefly before resuming his game.
“Really, I don’t know.” Terzo shrugged, “I guess I just wanna feel what it’s like to be torn apart by demons.”
“Dope.” Secondo grabbed a much larger stone from the pile, feeling like that would be his best throw. He wound his arm back and threw with all his might, a loud crash soon following. Both boys’ paled as their eyes widened, their bodies stiff as they stared up at the broken stained glass window ahead of them.
“…Dad’s gonna kill us.” Terzo whispered, a sharp exhale following as he let out the breath he didn’t realize he was holding.

“He said, “I’ll love you ‘til I die,”…” Hema strummed his guitar, his voice flowing effortlessly from his lips as he gazed out to the pink and purple sky, watching the sun dip behind the trees, “she said, “You’ll forget in time…” As the years went slowly by, she still preyed upon his mind…”
“That’s too depressing,” Copia groaned as he leaned back against his seat on the patio, looking into his cup of tea, “play something more… uppity. Something not like that.”
“Alright.” Hema snickered as he adjusted himself in his seat, taking a sip of his iced tea before playing his guitar again. “I hear the train a-comin’, it’s rollin’ ‘round the bend. And I ain’t seen the sunshine since I don’t know when—“
“Not like that either!” Copia huffed, “Is that all you know? Prison, heartbreak, and beer?” He raised a brow at the ghoul, who laughed at him.
“That ain’t all I know.” Hema strummed random notes and chords idly, “Not all country music is like that.”
“Well, prove it. Show me something that isn’t that.” Copia crossed his arms and slouched in his seat.
Hema thought for a moment, humming thoughtfully as a grin crept across his face. “Take this job and shove it!” Hema began, trying not to giggle as he sang, “I ain’t workin’ here no more!”
Copia scoffed as he stood up, flipping the ghoul off. “I’ve had enough of your hillbilly nonsense.” He muttered, leaving a giggling Hema behind and returned indoors.
I don’t have any wip fics to show snippets of, but I could write a drabble or a ficlet if someone sends a character or a ship with one of these as a prompt
Summary: Phantom is sad and it’s making Swiss sad, so he attempts to cheer up him up.

Author’s note: It’s short and anticlimactic, and I wish it were longer, but my sibling has been singing this song for weeks and it gave me ideas I wanted to get out. Hope at least two of y’all like it lol

“Bug,” Swiss sighed, putting a hand on his hip and running his fingers through his hair, “Will you please just—”
“I said I don’t want to talk about it!” Phantom grouched, rolling onto his side and turning his back to Swiss, his tail thrashing about with annoyance as he curled up on his bed.
Swiss exhaled again, his own tail curling into a knot with worry as he folded his arms over his chest. It made him hurt when Phantom was hurting, even more so when Phantom tried to cut people off, not wanting to talk about what’s bothering him. It left Swiss’ mind brewing with possibilities, none of which he liked.
“…Is it… something that I did?” He asked cautiously.
“What? No!” Phantom sat up suddenly to face Swiss, “You didn’t do anything! It’s just… I…Ugh.” Phantom scoffed and flopped onto his back, grabbing a pillow and pressing it into his face to huff into it, “Just… Leave me alone, please? I said I didn’t want to talk about it!” He repeated as his voice cracked a bit and as the pillow muffled him a little, phantom trying with all his might to not cry.
Swiss’ frown deepened. He felt like complete shit. More than anything, he wanted to make Phantom feel better, to make this dark cloud that loomed over Phantom fade away, but he didn’t know how… That was until he caught sight of Phantom’s Bluetooth speaker, sitting right on the nightstand. He had an idea, and he hoped it worked.
Right away, he turned on the speaker and connected it to his phone. At the sound of the robotic bloops and blips of the speaker powering up and linking with a connection, Phantom’s ears perked up slightly and he moved the pillow from his face only just a bit, just to peek at Swiss to see what he was doing.
Swiss was grinning from ear to ear as he began looking for the perfect song to play, his tail nearly wagging as he found it.
“You remind me of the babe.”
“What babe?—”
“The babe with the power.”
“What power?—”
Swiss began to dance and sing along, eliciting a long groan from Phantom. “Swiss… Really?” He huffed, burying his face deeper into the pillow, pulling it slightly to make the pillow cover his ears. But Swiss ignored him, still singing.
“—The power of voodoo!”
“Who do?—”
“Swiss…”
“You do!”
“Do what?”
“Remind me of the babe.”
“Swiss!” Phantom yelled through the pillow with a snarl, “Enough! Please!” He gripped the pillow tighter, trying to drown out the noise.
“I saw my baby—” Swiss plopped himself down onto Phantom’s bed, yanking the pillow from Phantom, “—Crying hard as babe could cry! What could I do?”
Phantom growled, turning his back to face Swiss again, his tail twitching with irritation.
“My baby’s love had gone, and left my baby blue!” Swiss continued, poking around at Phantom’s torso to annoy him further, “Nobody knew! What kind of magic spell to use?”
“Stop it!” Phantom swatted at Swiss’ hands, stifling a snicker and trying to keep his agitated front. Swiss saw though Phantom, however, so he laughed at him.
“C’mon, get your ass up!” Swiss tugged at Phantom’s arms, trying to pull him up with a firm grip.
“I said fuck off!” Phantom groaned once more, uselessly fighting back against the multi-ghoul. Soon Phantom was on his feet, trying to dig them into the carpet to keep Swiss from dragging him away to no avail. He let out a small yelp as he was spun around and pulled flush against Swiss’ chest, causing his cheeks to flush.
As the chorus began, Swiss swayed with Phantom to the rhythm, holding the smaller ghoul tighter as he continued to sing along. As Swiss twirled Phantom again, the quint ghoul couldn’t help but let out a small laugh.
“There we go!” Swiss’ grin widened impossibly so as Phantom began to dance with him, relieved that Phantom didn’t seem so sad anymore.
And there they were, those eyes of Phantom’s, glimmering like stars, his lower eyelids wrinkling as he beamed at Swiss, causing Swiss’ heart to feel as if it were growing in his chest, burning hotter and hotter as he gazed down at the smaller ghoul, being reminded once more of just how much he was in love with his bug.
Soon, their lips locked, their bodies pressed impossibly close together, pointed tails entwining. It felt as if an eternity had passed before they separated, their lungs starting to ache for air.
“Hey,” Swiss began, speaking softly, “You feel comfortable enough to tell me what happened?”
Phantom snickered and shrugged, “I can’t remember. Hey!—” He let out a huff as Swiss ruffled his hair.
