Hello Again - Long Time No Speak!

I'm back! I successfully went three weeks without tumblr!

I've decided not to give it up completely or anything, but I am starting over at a new blog. I simply want to start fresh, with a new list of people to follow that is not so large, fresh tags, fresh list of likes, all that. Plus the theme of my blog is going to be different - more on positive thoughts, things that make me happy, and actually talking on it like a real blog. GASP.

Starting today I am on a "hiatus" of sorts for at least three weeks.

God has put it on my heart that I spend way too much time on the computer, when I could be doing things that are better for me and for Him - like exercising, spending time with my Christian friends, and talking to my family more. At first I was just going to take a break for a week, just to distance myself for a bit, but now I'm going to do a fasting type thing for which I have to give something up. (It's not Lent - I'm doing it along with a Devotional plan in the Bible.) So I figured, if I'm already going to be off tumblr, I might as well prolong it a couple more weeks.

I don't plan to leave permanently or anything, but I need to remind myself that there are other things to do besides being on my computer. I need to focus more on school, read more, and get out more, and I think distancing myself from tumblr for a while would help. When I come back, hopefully I'll know how to manage my time better and not get so obsessive with it again.

I'm sorry to anyone that actually likes going to my blog and will miss it, but I'll be back soon. If I lose you as a follower I understand, and hopefully by the time I come back I won't care so much about the amount of followers I have. xD We'll see.

hello :) can I just say that I absolutely love your recents posts. (the wedding pictures, your Valentine's story, etc...) you just seem so happy and so much in love. it's very refreshing to see some genuine happiness on my dash. :)
