Ted Talks 5 title: Schizophrenia causes and treatment
More than a century ago, a strange, highly stigmatized and unknown disease known as schizophrenia appeared. People with schizophrenia may have different symptoms, which has led doctors to classify it as a disease that falls under the name of syndrome.
Doctors usually diagnose schizophrenic patients after symptoms of psychosis in their late teens, early 20s, late 20s and late 20s that result from environmental factors such as exposure to early childhood viruses that play a significant role in an individual's schizophrenia.
Psychosis is also manifested by genetic factors where schizophrenia is one of the strongest genetic links of any psychiatric disease," although about 1% of people with schizophrenia, children or siblings with schizophrenia are 10 times more likely to develop the disease, and although one identical twin is schizophrenic, the other is 40% more likely to develop schizophrenia. Often, contact relatives of people with schizophrenia are prone to milder forms of disorder-related traits, but it is not as much as it requires treatment. Certainly multiple genes play a role, but we don't know how many, or what kind of" anees bahji said.
Researchers track signs of brain disorder using antipsychotic drugs used to treat schizophrenia where, as traditional antipsychotics block dopamine receptors and can be successful in reducing positive symptoms that are associated with increased dopamine in brain pathways. On the other hand, these antibiotics may multiply, the negative symptoms of schizophrenia "we have found that the negative symptoms of schizophrenia may be due to the scarcity of dopamine in other brain regions" said Anees bahji.
In addition, people with schizophrenia show a shrinking nervous system, but the good thing is that new generations of antipsychotics are working to address some of these problems through neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine.
As for the treatment of schizophrenia, doctors have used electrical impulses although it is a short-term treatment but may turn into an effective treatment, as well as psychosis may require early intervention treatment in order not to become immersed in the personality of the person.

Sports: history and Competitions
The story of sport has begun before ancient times with the owners of the Sumerian civilization, so Sumerians are the first people who practiced sport. Many of the sports that are currently practiced within an organized legal framework and are characterized by a wide popular follow-up are ancient sports that were just filling free time, or special sports preparing for wars between nations and peoples over beliefs and ideas, and these sports soon developed to become more competitive nowadays.
There are many types of sports played between players and public people. The classification of sport type can be as following: team games like: football, athletics like: throwing, combat sports like: wrestling, gymnastics like: bodybuilding, climbing sport like: mountaineering, cycling like: bicycles and motorcycles, water sports like: water ball, horseback riding, and walking and jogging.
There are thousands of sport competitions organized around the world in different sports filed. Starting with football: “The World Cup” is the most important event to happen in the world and attracts the attention of all people around the world, “the Champions League” is also the second most important competition in the world of football, then it come “The local leagues” whether they are European, Asian, Arab, African and others. As for tennis: there is the most popular four “Grand Slam” tournaments that include Roland Garros, Wimbledon, Australian Open and American Open.
Sport is not confined to a particular people, but anyone can do it regardless of his age or gender. However, most people think that sports especially football is only for male which is something extremely wrong since there is a women’s teams in various local leagues such as “FC Barcelona Femeni” and “Real Madrid C.F” in Spain.
In general, sport does not need marketing since we do it in our daily life. Whilst advertises in TV and internet are playing an important role in promoting sport. Moreover, we see advertises on sports and family channels about sports and remind people to practice regardless of their type. Also, some commercials to attract the attention of the viewers make famous sports players advertise for them example of players are Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo and others.

TEDTalks4: History of blood transfusion
Blood transfusion started in the date of 1881 by coincidence, when a person called William Halsted went to help his sick sister. The sister was in hard situation and she was losing much of blood after she gave birth. Her brother and who was doctor at the same time bring a needle in order to transfer the blood from his body to his sister body. A while later the sister opened her eyes and start feeling well, that happened because of blood type sharing between the doctor and his sister.
However, in the year 1667, the premier blood transfusion among humanity is come to light by John Baptiste Denné who is a French physicist. The function of this operation happened when Denné transfers the blood of a goat to a sick man called Antoine Mauroy. In the first time the results were positive, but in the second time of this operation Mauroy health turned upside down. The fever came to his body with a pain feeling in his back and other health problems occurred to him.
Bill Schutt said “immune response was happen in Mauroy body, then something called antibodies which is a kind of proteins was produced because of this immune response”. He continued “antibodies Knows the foreign proteins when inter the body making it easy to destroy them”. The destroyed proteins go out the body by the help of urine but destroying much of cells can lead to health diseases like clots. Because of that failure, blood transfusion was forbidden for lots of centuries in all of Europe.
While in the date of 1901, the story of knowing the blood types (O), (A), (B), (AB) begin by an Austrian physician called Karl Landsteiner. As a result of that, blood transfusion made a big achievement between people. For that, Landsteiner do an experiment when he mixed two different type of blood, he saw that the cells destroyed, which could lead to the formation of clots. On the other hand, when he mixed two same types of blood the cells not destroyed as for that no clots formation will happen.
Later on, specially in 1907, people lives were in save hands since doctors around the world try another method in order to make blood transfusion goes effectively. They mixed small quantity of blood before transferring it into people’s body. Since that, direct blood sharing between people was the successful transfusion because no clots formation was happened even if was touched or polluted by the air. For that, no blood loosing was happened when the person was bleeding because of this procedure.
In 1914 and 1916, researchers discovered two different remedy which stops clots formation. The first one was chemical sodium and the second one was the heparin which is used until now. In addition, heparin and equipments that carry blood were there in World War 1 in the battlefields, American and British researchers developed these equipments. And then it became one of the most important tools used in hospital around the world.
