hello everyone, i hope you’ve all been well ʕ•́ᴥ•̀ʔっ♡
when i first started this blog in November of 2013, i was a high school girl who had an unrequited crush and needed a place to talk about it. i never expected to gain a following or build the community that this blog has become, and i hold it very near to my heart.
as a personal update, i have been in a happy and committed relationship for the past two and a half years. no, it’s not my high school crush, but i am happy to say that we are on friendly terms and are remain in touch, even years after graduation! i may not have ever fulfilled my feelings, but i have gained a friend.
in other news, i have been thinking deeply about this blog. i have been inactive for over a year and am now at a crossroads as to whether i should shut this blog down or make a return.
i know that i have been incredibly inconsistent and i do wonder if anyone would still be interested in this content. i would love to keep it going, and now have the time to pour into it -- but it’s still up in the air as of now! if anyone has any opinions or ideas on how to revitalize this blog, i would love to hear from you ☀︎

It's been so long since I've been on tumblr but I decided to randomly sign on today, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that you're still here! I have loved this page since 2014 and it was super helpful with dealing with feelings on my own unrequited crush haha. I just wanted to say that I'm super happy to see that you're doing well and thank you for being a friend to me, even though you never knew it (;^ω^) Your posts touch people.
