Jung on avoidance
Hey I always wondered how you stay this motivated all the time ( ur page does give this image ) though I m sure you too have bad days but how you maintain this consistency
how i stay motivated βΉ π Λββββ
i am human so yes everyday isnβt the best but i try to find some good in each day and i pray, praying helps me get through my bad days.
my blog and my twitter for the most part is a positive and uplifting place because thatβs the kind of energy i give off and itβs the only kind of energy i want to surround me. if my page was giving off anything other than motivation, positivity or just a comforting place to be then i wouldnβt be running it because anything else wouldnβt make me happy.
when iβm not having the best day iβll get offline, thatβs what some people neglect to do, i think thatβs why thereβs so many mean people online, itβs because they donβt put their phones down and tend to themselves, they donβt take time away to heal and recharge and thatβs what i wish everyone would do from time to time, get off of social media and take care of themselves mentally.
the world we live in can be a horrible, depressing place sometimes so i try to make my life as pleasant and happy as i can make it. the same goes for my blog and other social media accounts and iβm not saying my life is perfect, nothings perfect so even when i have a bad day i pray, i think of my blessings, i journal, i cry, i watch comfort shows, i spend time with the people who love me and i try to romanticize every little thing.
thatβs the thing about life, you have to make it magical for yourself. the smallest things can make me happy, turn my whole day around, i could just get a glimpse of something or something can make me feel nostalgic and iβll hold on to that .. i appreciate that about myself. my advice for anyone reading this is to find those things, those things that can put a smile on your face or can warm your heart. those little things, things that donβt cost money, things you can find around you in your everyday life, that will really make a difference for you emotionally and mentally.
when i feel like iβm not motivated, i really sit down and think about what i want in life, or iβll talk to my bestfriend, someone who really understands me and will listen and give me advice ( thatβs why i have my asks open because i know everyone doesnβt have someone they can vent to without judgement or ask for advice) .. also if i feel like i lack motivation for specific things like for instance my personal style, iβll go on pinterest or if i lack motivation for working out or life motivation in general iβll watch a vlog on youtube or read quotes or read a book and it will give me so much motivation & inspiration and my next step is to journal (iβll write down goals and plan out things i want to get done and when i want to get them done) then apply it to my daily life.
i hope something i said can help keep you motivated at times that you need it most. sending love and good vibes, please accept <3

The older I get, the more I come to realize my biggest fear is just living a mediocre life where I am a slave to my anxiety and self doubt. It is so paralyzing and I know it is only I, that can give myself the opportunity to experience more. Nothing matters more than the chances you can give yourself every day to try again.
you have to get yourself out of bad places. you need to resist the temptation to let everything slip and become apathetic & cynical toward yourself and your life. you need to accept that it takes time to change and itβs ok to fall over as long as u get back up. every morning is a new start and things donβt have to be this way forever. you can heal and you can change.
have you ever thought maybe the point is actually to have fun & be yourself?
a few years ago I sat down and did some deep reflecting. I made a list of things I needed to do to grow up. I knew that I was lacking in certain areas and despite being over 18, I wasn't quite ready to claim the title of "adult". so rather than sit there and believe that I'm just a little uwu who is bad at aDuLtInG, I fixed it. some of it was simple things like finally getting certain appointments or documents I had been putting off. some were internal things like working on aspects of my personality and habits. some were skill based involving work, finances, and housing/cars. in 6 months time, I had matured significantly more than some of my peers who were older than me. as the years have passed, I look back at those same peers who are still stunted in the same place or worse: have accepted defeat and hit the realization that they don't measure up for their age and they just retreat into a hole that will take a lot of work to climb out of. sometimes growing up doesn't just happen while you sleep or when you hit a magic age. but it can be jumpstarted on your own accord with self reflection and daily actions. I think many of you really need to get to work on that
Most people's twenties are spent being upset at how other people around them think and feel and it takes like the whole decade to realize you can't control it, shouldn't want to, wouldn't get what you wanted if you could, and that actually maybe get over yourself and then life starts to get really good around there
Very precious kind knowledge to live through

my current hygeine routineβ.ΰ³ΰΏ*:ο½₯π«§π
as a girl who takes her hygeine super seriously and spends her free time pampering herself, here's my hygeine routine as of right now including products and how i use them...π¬π
IN SHOWER ;
i use a really yummy vanilla bodywash in the shower that i bought from marshalls, it has argan oil in it which is really good for deeply moisturizing my skin, and improving the elasticity of my skin.
Thinking you have to struggle for everything is a scarcity mindset you guys. Not everything valuable requires suffering. Not every relationship needs to be hard. Not every goal has to drain you. This is not the way itβs supposed to be. Growth can be challenging, yes, but it doesnβt need to feel like constant pain. When something is aligned, it still asks something of you, but it also gives back. Ease isnβt laziness. Sometimes itβs a sign youβre finally choosing correctly. Sometimes ease is the upgrade. Ease is healthy!! You deserve to live in ease!!!
