Waves 🌊

Depression comes in waves. Sometimes it’s a gentle lapping which you hardly ever realise, other times it’s a crashing storm. The worst days are when it changes in an instant. When the seas calm with a beautiful sunset behind then the current switches from calming to aggressive with the waves lashing around and the sky turning dark…..I hate being who I am
