alastor in this shot is so haunting. honestly, the entire shot is. i couldn’t stop thinking about this scene yesterday. the trees as horns, the tapetum lucidum (eyeshine), how his shirt is still visible but not his face, everything.

how did the hunters even mistake him as a deer? he doesn’t even look like a deer. it was probably rosie setting it up
