Don’t agitate the cops, it might get taken out on the individual they stopped. If not right then, they may follow the individual. Cops have before.
Record! Your presence alone could make a difference, but if something happens, video evidence is very important.
Use your privilege for good!

And for all the white people like myself out there, remember that white silence is the same thing as giving consent to police violence. Be there for black people. Actively.
White privilege is knowing you won’t get executed by a cop when you get stopped for a broken tail light.
