A sad poem that I spent 2 hour’s making:
Life can be a mighty sea, with waves that crash and churn,
Dragging us down into depths, leaving us to yearn,
For something more, for something true, for solace in the storm,
But in the chaos and the darkness, we find ourselves forlorn.
No one seems to understand, the depths of our despair,
They see the surface ripples, but they do not truly care,
They read the words upon the page, but fail to grasp the pain,
That lies between the lines, the grief that leaves a stain.
We cry out for a lifeline, but it seems no one can hear,
As we struggle in this ocean, consumed by fear,
The weight of sorrow pulls us down, and we begin to drown,
Lost in the vast expanse, feeling like we can't be found.
But even in the depths, there's a glimmer of hope,
A flicker of a light, a way for us to cope,
For though it may seem hopeless, and the darkness may seem vast,
There's a strength within us, that can help us to outlast.
So even when life feels like a crushing tidal wave,
Remember that you're not alone, and it's okay to not be brave,
Reach out for help, and hold on tight, for in the end you'll see,
That you can rise above the depths, and truly feel free.
