Doesn't the Lord of Harrenhal, Lord Larys Strong work/live at the Red Keep? Why can't the Greens just tell him that they want to use his castle as a strategic point? Why do they have to "take" it? Can't he just send word ahead that the Greens need to use the castle and will be coming?
