- Sam looks cool in his new suit. - Flagsmashers tries to blow up this building where all the politics are. - Sam tries to talk with Karli one last time. It doesn’t work.0 - John destroys everything. - Sam fights with French Guy and Bucky saves him but gets injured (we need to get Buck out of the picture for a moment) - Sam vs John and Sam kicks his butt. - Karli dies (so Sam can be even sadder) - John is caught by our boys. He doesn’t die. - Sam gaves his speech as Captain America. We see Torres here. - We see old Steve or at least his grave - Sam and Bucky come back on the boat and talk about feelings and future - Post credits or just in the last minutes: Madame Hydra saves John from going to jail. She recruits him us US Agent. - Post credits: Zemo escapes OR gets a deal with Ross (i think it’s the second one) - We get another season

Like I can’t imagine Steve being like “Oh you want to go to the past with me? No you can’t”. Bucky could go back. He knew about Steve’s plan and Steve wouldn’t force him to stay here. So Bucky decided he will stay in the present.
