Bringing this headcanon to the table again

We know CCRP technical isn't really doing anything, like they mostly use the workers there for experiments, Paul clones and Bill getting bottle imps for example (Nick confirmed that, and if you remember the livestream and timestamp then lmk, I wanna see what he said word for word relating to that)

My headcanon is that Mr. Davidson is fully in the know what happens at CCRP and his role is more of a babysitter than a boss. He looks after the workers and reports back to higher ups. When they need someone as a test subject, he opens a file and looks who is best suited for whatever they need, or sends them to a "mandatory work check up" where they're evaluated

Most departments in CCRP aren't actually real, but just filled with people the company/Charles Coven can use. The benefits are amazing and they don't actually get in trouble for not doing work, hence why no one leaves (especially Ted and why he hasn't been fired, lol)

Aka Mr. Davidson is evil and the only workers at CCRP that are real are the lab people/"bosses". I'm not saying Mr. Davidson is putting on a silly guy persona as a disguise, he's just like that but also knows what's happening
