BIRTHDAY PROJECT 2016 INFO:
Michaela's birthday is coming up - which means it's time for the annual fan birthday project! What is the birthday project? You may ask. Well, if you've never been a part of it, it's pretty self explanatory. At MichaelaConlinLOVE we're all about Michaela appreciation, so every year Michaela fans put together a birthday present for Michaela to show her how much we adore her. What do I have to do? Every year we try to do something different. Past projects have included; scrapbook, video messages, fan mosaic, book about why we love Angela. Since we've only done one video before a couple years ago, and time is running out (Michaela's birthday is June 9th), this year we will be doing a video again! How can I contribute? Any way you want! Some ideas: -a video message saying happy birthday to Michaela -a sign/drawing/message/letter etc -a birthday card -a cake -an etching/tapestry/sonnet; the options are endless! The only real guidelines are: -It MUST be able to be in a video (eg inserted as a photo, inserted as a video file, transcribed for video etc) -It needs to be done by the due date (see below) What's the final result? Well, considering past response to the project call out, we'll get many amazing submissions from Michaela fans all over the world! Then they'll be put together in a video and shared with Michaela (she follows MConlinLOVE on Twitter so the project will definitely get to her) on her birthday. When does it need to be done? GOOD QUESTION. Submissions need to be receive by no later than the 1ST OF JUNE 2016. That's less than a month away. It also leaves enough time to put everyone's entries together - and yes everyone will be included who sends something in, as always :) Is there anything else I can do to help? Why yes, I'm glad you asked. Every year we try to message as many followers of Michaela Conlin Love on Twitter and tumblr to let them know about the project (we can't post publicly since Michaela follows us and we like it to be a surprise) - however with over 2000 followers on tumblr and over 800 followers on Twitter it gets increasingly difficult. So aside from sending something in yourself for the project, PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD. Anyone and everyone who loves Michaela even the tiniest bit. All are welcome. How do I send my part in?
