“Film production,” Lux said after a beat, though she couldn’t help but laugh at the notion that it would be draining on anyone. No, that wasn’t what was drilling her down, it had been her parents refusing to accept her choice that had been truly exhausting. “Plus, two jobs and making sure I keep above a certain average so my scholarship isn’t stripped. Although if I keep getting the same bills I’ve been getting, stripping is gonna be my only option in another way,” the blonde jokes slightly beneath her breath with a roll of her eyes, shaking her head. Letting the smile slip slightly, she let a frail hand lay across her chest. “I’m touched, really. Thanks for your faith.”
“Are you already drunk? Or do you like to pretend to be intoxicated, so you don’t have too look on the price of this whiskey you’re drinking?” Michael mocked her. “It’s like any other studies and perhaps in a different way complicated and exhausting than other majors. So, get your shit together. You won’t need to strip professionally and stop hitting bars alone.”
