Today I am grateful for my grandmother teaching me how to create meals with just pulling things out of the fridge. Tonight I made stove top chicken with fresh garlic cooked in olive oil. Chopped up tomatoes, Broccoli, sweet potato’s, and red onion. Also added kale and spinach with a touch of cream. Let all the greatness cook together and dinner was served.
