another movie i really loved!! (josee, the tiger and the fish) and of course i love eve too! there's a few lyrics i think that were really pretty, but i couldn't figure out how to translate it nicely into english without messing with the rhythm or counts (? i don't know what it's called. but just how the song goes i guess?) i'll leave notes for them at the bottom!
like before i tried to make some bits sound similar to the japanese by using words like 'let', 'yet,' 'bet', to sound like the 'negatte' and 'tsutatte'.

little notes on the blue astericks:
for the first *, the lyric 'sono namida no aji wa itsuka no yakusoku' translates literally to 'those tears taste of a promise of someday'. i couldn't really get it into english that'd fit nicely...
