Wang and his world

I finished a project and have started making script and rough sketches of  Run Boys Run vol.3. This image of Wang will probably be on the first page of vol.3 (but in B&W), like the Robo’s image was placed on the first page of vol.2.  It means, yes, the background of Wang will be told in vol.3!

I don’t play games so didn’t know about ASSASSIN'S CREED, I don’t listen to nor watch Music programmes so didn’t know about Woodkid, but things can start by chance. Some little unexpected-encounters can trigger a big idea.

 This Woodkid CD  “The Golden Age” has been the most played CD in my car so far.

25th Nov, Comic Art Tokyo 2017 at Temple University

I will be joining the table of Biguglyrobot press with these two books and some other little stuff. I also am attending a small panel with some other fellow artists, talking about International collaboration. There will be lots of artists from many countries and you will meet many creative people.

Italian version of Demons Sermon on the Martial Arts has been published!!

I like the contents and really enjoyed drawing/designing when I did art for this book. Maybe this is my fabourite book among other books I worked for Shambhara. (I can find some immature skills in my own art but still, this really was fun to do)

I’ve been playing around with font and image size, but I think I’ve decided the cover design now. Well, I actually don’t know how to decide (stop playing around). Back cover(half left of the whole image) will be decorated with the publisher’s logo and its price.

new self-port for my coming book Run Boys Run 2 - I’ve just finished all the art work and lettering! Then now waiting for my writing to be checked. Hopefully publish it around the beginning of autumn.
