Well, Vienna has officially been hijacked by a brutal heatwave, and I can tell you right now: Roxie and I absolutely hate it. Don’t get me wrong, I love summer—until the humidity turns the air into thick soup and sucks out every bit of oxygen.

My poor pump was absolutely flying before I even hit record. The tropical air had me feeling totally breathless, but I went ahead and did a breath-hold anyway because I love a little drama. You can actually hear her initial confusion when the recording starts—she struggles to process the sudden shift before finally settling down. But you know that uncomfortable sensation when your heart isn't technically at a dangerous speed, but it still feels like it's trying to physically punch its way out of your chest? That's the vibe today. 🫀✨

I wasn’t feeling very well today, as I’ve been under a lot of stress over the last few days.

When I got home from work today, I felt my heart start beating uncontrollably in my left breast.

I immediately grabbed my stethoscope and blood pressure monitor and checked my heart rate…

My heart started beating four times in a row, going from 80 bpm up to 170 bpm. I panicked that my heart was losing control. 🥵

Do you think my heart will need cardioversion next time? 🥵
