One of the best programmes on tv.
I loved how this title sequence explained the very basics of the long con.
From the Roper finding his mark, the convincer to entice the mark in, to the mark getting in beyond his depth and losing all his money. Pure genius.

Rules of The Con
You can't con an honest man - because an honest man doesn't want something for nothing.
Feed the greed.
Always give the mark an out.
Never give a sucker an even break.
It's all in the detail.
Don't have anything in your life you can't walk away from in a second.
Always look out for number one. If you don't, no-one else will.
It's not just about the money.
Always stay one step ahead of the mark.

Green-screening for Hustle's original title sequence
The script for the first episode of Hustle.
You may notice an extended conversation between Mickey and Stacey, which references him beating someone with whom Rachel (his wife) had cheated. (This is the reason for his prison sentence, which isn't disclosed in the final cut.) The scene, which includes the line 'You can't kid a kidder' was left on the cutting room floor. The line was however used in the final episode of the last series, The Con is Off.
Does anyone have a download link for the Hustle music?
Hey. The composer, Marcus Fiennes said on Hustle Fans a couple days back that he will happily email an MP3 of Grifter's Last Stand (the rooftop scene music) if you ask. It would of course be wonderful if an official soundtrack was released, but we have to listen online on the Soundcloud page at the moment. Other than music written for the show, Blackmill's Evil Beauty was another tune played in the finale, and The Prodigy's Stand Up was used at the end of some episodes in earlier series.
