Welp! We did it again. We got golds a second time through and god a realm best for Slagmines. So now I have armor AND weapons to match, woot!

I want them to argue. I want them to be sad. I want them to worry. I want there to be tension. Because that’s what a relationship is. They can love each other, but that doesn’t mean they get along or are happy all the time. It’s perfectly normal for people to be sad and worried or fight. Them being happy and loving all the time just doesn’t feel right to me.

The Kaldorei head was staring at the Knight as he awoke, it’s listless silver eyes void. Surrus’ blurry gaze settled on the head until he was fully aware of what it actually was. The note slowly slid to his fingers and he snapped the paper, reading it over with a laugh. “More than breakfast.”

If Eithan ever returned he’d find Surrus settled back against the sheets, shorts down around his knees and the severed head settled neatly face down on his crotch.

The tavern was rowdy in the middle of the day, the taller stringpole of a kaldorei used height to his advantage to keep the trays over his head as he passed out mead,ale, and hot stew.

Settling in the corner of a kitchen when time permitted he unfolded the note and scanned the contents. A wry smile spread over his features. “Twenty a night.” That was more than he was paid here, but the tips were rather excellent. Still, extra gold for a night off wasn’t so bad.

Tucking the note away he smoothed out the silk uniformed vest and tightened his gloves before pushing back out into the bustle.
