progress.

I'm so sore from my workouts yesterday.  I felt like I was going to faint this morning so I had a pretty big (and unhealthy) breakfast :/ I couldn't workout because I was so weak.  I figured it would be better to give my body enough energy to sustain a full workout later today... hopefully it's worth it

After my run tonight I decided to stretch... in the grass.  apparently it was prime time for mosquitos. hooray for 45 bug bites.

it was still worth it

hey, maybe satisfying the itch can replace the need to satisfy hunger for the next couple days?
