Vitiligo Diet – What to Eat & What to Avoid
Vegetables – Chickpeas, carrot, beetroot, radish, spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, bottle gourd, bitter gourd, and green beans.
Fruits – Figs and apricots.
Protein – Chickpeas, Mushrooms, and lentils.
Grains – Oats, white rice, brown rice, millet, and corn.
Beverages – Coconut water, green tea, and vegetable juices.
Supplements – Vitamin B12, protein, calcium, and minerals (as per the advice of your dermatologist).
