Finally did another art piece. Other than a reblog, I haven't done any transformers posting but this guy, this guy right here is my special.
Vortex doing the ghost face knife wipe! I've never watched scream! But this is the kind of thing he'd do.
Ok now side tangent, I've had the idea of a drawing like this for a while, and I always loved the idea of inverting the image to portray vortex as actually covered in blood. Convenient that cyan (the best energon color) when inverted looks just like blood! of course inverted images tend to look weird, so I got the idea to convert to black and white beforehand. Hence:

THIS RIGHT HERE. Anything inspired by this would be awesome. My friend introduced me to this game months ago and I think it fundamentally influenced how I headcannon 1^4 in some subtle ways. And the limbo sequence was, to say the least, inspiring.

Anyways, quick lore post about the natures and differences of Magic and Hacking in my Roblox AU
Magic and Hacking
Magic
Magic has always been a natural aspect of Robloxia, and though for most of history it was widely unknown, it has always been passively as ubiquitous and invisible in the world as the air Robloxians breathe. It is, however, difficult to harness without extensive knowledge or assistance, meaning for the most part only mages or mystics tend to devote enough time to use it. There are many types of magic in the world from a variety of sources. Some, such as many of the first discovered magics, are simple or reflections of the world. Fire, ice, wind, all forces of nature can be harnessed, manipulated, and to some extant exist thanks to corresponding magics. Other areas of magic are more esoteric and harder to control, sometimes called exotic magics. Things like Light, Darkness, and Death are all usually considered within this category.
Some magics, however, are beyond even that. Avoided by nearly all, and outright banned by most, Mages, Witches, and Sorcerers alike agree that some magic, such as the Void, should be left untouched.
Hacking
Conceptually, hacking is similar to a type of magic. In a sense, it is a "dark art" outlawed by Roblox Staff due to its disruptive and dangerous nature. It is distinct from ordinary magic, however. Whereas Magic exists as a law of the world, Hacking is the very act of manipulating, changing, or cheating the universe's laws. Consequently, misuse of hacking can result in unintentional reality warping, glitches, and bugs. The effects of hacking can be very similar to many natural magics, but the ease of use is what draws people.
Learning hacking is very different from learning Magic, as they function on very different rules from each other, requiring different skills entirely. While magic might require a connection or attunement with the natural world, sometimes an inherently humbling experience, hacking is purely technical and scientific knowledge. Due to this, hacking is often seen a shortcut to power, and it requires less knowledge than magic for more raw power and capability. Furthering the ease of use, tools have been made by certain groups or individuals to make hacking even more accessible, reliable, and relatively safe for the user. Things like Admin Panels and the c00lgui being notable examples.
It is due to the dangers of hacking's reality warping nature and unintended consequences, that the Admins of Roblox outright banned the practice of hacking to all but Roblox Staff (who, even so, rarely use it). They take this matter extremely seriously, Hackers are seen as dangers to the nation and the world around them, and even the knowledge of the art of Hacking can land robloxians directly into Banland.
There is still much to be discovered about both Magic and Hacking in Robloxia. Some entities have hacking in their very nature. 1x1x1x1's mere existence defies the laws around it. Meanwhile, Void magic teeters the line between magic and hacking, sometimes seeming more one than the other. All this hints at either a misunderstanding of Hacking as we know it, or a deeper, larger world of these arts altogether.
Meet my next character drawn for Artfight: Graham!
He's a strange being, born in an empty pocket dimension as a completely blank canvas, but with the ability to travel to other universes. He explores learning anything he can and finding stories to tell, all while learning what it means to be alive.
As you can see in the side there he comes from another Roblox avatar of mine, one I made for myth hunting, hence the curiosity and tendency for story telling.

Long awaited second part of the Forsaken(?)/Roblox lore building thing I'm doing (First part here). I really don't know what to call this "project" or anything, but I do enjoy it so far. Again, nothing I've gotten into really has any real connection to Forsaken, but me and my friends hc it as Forsaken lore. If I ever get into longer form writing, I'll hopefully write a proper story. Anyways, with that rant over...
A Brief History: Part 2
The Baseplate Era
When the first Robloxians inhabited the land, there was no law, no Admins, no order. Though for a while people lived simple lives off the land, It was eventually realized to be a land of anarchy, ruled by strength alone. Warlords and Factions rose and fell, fighting for resources and territory frequently. Brickbattles and Brickbattlers, though terms later used for sports, were at this time used to refer to the bloody battles often fought, and the warriors who fought them. This also earned this period another nickname, "The Brickbattling Period"
Mercenaries were also a frequent sight, fighting not always for cause or loyalty, but for fame and riches instead. Like early celebrities of carnage, the best of the best earned their spots in history, and the nightmares of warriors. The most well known and feared of all was none other than Telamon.
Magic at this time was also just beginning to be discovered by organizations or individuals like Matt Dusek. It stayed mostly secret and enigmatic, seeming to most as rumor unless they encountered it themselves.
In all this chaos, two men had the hope for a better, more organized and peaceful future for Robloxians. They were Builderman and Erik Cassel. They would convince, whether with money or principle, the most powerful or exceptional people they could find to help bring unity to Robloxia. The first of these people was the aforementioned Telamon, not only for his skill in combat, but also for his lesser known creativity. Alongside the former mercenary was his good friend Matt Dusek as their mystical expert and researcher. From these beginnings, the four began the humble nation of Roblox.
(For any Destiny fans out there, I actually took a bit of thematic and conceptual inspiration from the Dark Ages!)
Did some art based on a little non-canon Forsaken roleplay between me and my friends! I've abridged and altered the scene below for the sake of context. (I hope they're cool with it, it's 4 in the morning so I can't ask them)
"Telamon, should I get these guys?"
"Yeah ok, get them."
Noli's first instinct was to run, and Doombringer gave chase. 007n7, seeing Doombringer distracted, tried utilizing his c00lgui. A teleport command would be good here, but he'd just need Noli to...
"NOT ON MY WATCH!" The hammer came down quick, 007n7 didn't even realize that Doombringer had returned. Admins truly are something.
Noli didn't realize either that Doombringer switched targets in an instant. "SEVEN?" In horror he watched as Privkus slammed into 007n7's body, launching him a few feet back. 07's ears rang, and he could barely breath. His head was spinning and vision was blurry as Doombringer's towering silhouette shadowed 07. The Admin hoisted 07 over his shoulder, the movement causing the exploiter to hurl onto Doombringer's cape. Doombringer didn't notice.
Noli ran back to the scene, unsure how to help his partner.
"You gonna come quietly? Or am I gonna have to flatten you too?"
"Be... gentle with him at least?"
"Oh, this little guy means something to you? Alright then, how about this? You surrender yourself in facing the punishment of your crimes, and I won't hit him again."
"...Fine." Barely a moment after Noli conceded, Doombringer grabbed him by the arm, dragging him and carrying 007n7 to Telamon.
With one arm, Doombringer lifted 007n7 like a trophy while his other held tight to Noli. "Hey, man! Look! I got 'em!" Telamon, of course, was watching the whole time. "Why don't you read them their punishments, Mr. "Judge, Jury, and Executioner"!
"Let's see, for the crimes of illegally using exploits and admin commands, committing arson in the back of one of our favorite pizza joints, for trying to run from the law (very poorly might I add) and for getting your disgusting bile on my good friend's cape... I sentence you to the rest of your pitiful existence at the finest, most mind-numbing cell we have at...
Banland Federal Prison!
Hope you mind the heat. Of course you can always appeal..."
