READ THEM HERE!! Sorry for the lack of any formal updates for the past couple years; I’m not sure if the comic will continue (unless we are able to get passionate artists working on the comic again, of course, but again, it’s been a while since the last update), but at the very least, I want to show you the story we wanted to tell as both an apology, and to give everyone something to chew on! I go into more detail to why I posted these scripts in the description, but please take note that these are mostly first drafts that are being posted as-is, and any spelling/grammar error that might show up would have been fixed by the time we were going to make these into actual pages! By the way, go check out @bananahkim’s Tumblr page: they’ve made some excellent recreations of some highlights from Chapter 1! And last, but not least, if you haven’t heard, Frankie, Val, and Alfred are also the main characters in their own original comic called ACES! You can check out this comic over on ComicFury and DA Hopefully someday, we can come back, better than ever, but for now, hope you all enjoy the scripts! -MCX

WE’RE BAAACK!

A lot has happened in the year since we last updated this comic; a lot of us, myself included, have been busy working on other projects (including ACES), and the way SVTFOE ended left a sour taste in everyone’s mouths.

Still, I was holding out hope we’d someday get some promising artists that would want to join and make a version of the SVTFOE universe that everyone would be proud of. Luckily, we now have a brand new artist (Tali Talisman) who wanted to keep this project going as much as we do!

That being said, you might be wondering, “Why are we seeing a new version of the Chapter 2 cover?”, and that’s a good question! The long and short answer is that we were kinda falling apart as we started Chapter 2 with the cover and the first couple pages, and it shows; rather than continue the comic as-is and have people ask us why there’s yet another art style change, I figured we should start over and do it right, because we know you expect the comic to be at the quality a story like this should be!

Hopefully, we will be back to updating pages in a more regulated manner, and we can get back to seeing these two guys living their best lives in a dimensional merge-free Echo Creek. ;)

PS, We will probably delete the original versions of the Chapter 2 pages not long after this gets posted, so please pardon our dust!
