Went to my surgery consolation yesterday and was so excited because I'd have it done within a couple weeks. Today I woke up to a sore throat and a positive covid test so I have to push it back.

I've been having health issues for the last month or so and haven't been able to do much. Had to go to the doctors today because an ovarian cyst ruptured and then some of my other organs got all dramatic about it. Whelp, I didn't have to chose when to play Sandrock because my body chose for me. Had a massive flair up on Sunday that I'm still recovering from. It's the first day I feel well enough to do something that requires an ounce of concentration.

I've managed to turn my husband into a Bridgerton fan! We're currently watching the previous seasons together and it makes the current one better because I'm picking up on things that I missed before. When you compare Polin's past interactions to their current ones, some things become more apparent.

Like it becomes super obvious that, until she finally tells him otherwise, Colin genuinely thinks the only reason Penelope doesn't have a suitor is because she's like Eloise and doesn't want one. And he literally does not understand that others don't see her that way.

I love that obliviousness because the ton is gonna be all snarky and suspicious about the engament and Colin's just gonna be like "I know, right?! It's an insane match! Can you believe ⋆ ˚｡⋆୨Penelope Feathering୧⋆ ˚｡⋆ deemed me worthy of her?!"

So I was planning to wait until Owen's new content comes out to start a new Sandrock save, but then they said it'd be the update after the pet one.

Then I decided to make a new save with Logan and wondering if I should wait for the pet update or start now because he's late game. Well, the pet update is on the 28th so I thought I would wait. But then I realized that my long distance BFF is visiting the entire 1st week of June.

So now the question is do I start now and pick it back up again after the visit or do I just wait and fully no life it after he leaves?

What I like about Lord Debling is that he’s completely honest about what he wants. He wants a wife to run his estate while he continuously goes on years long expeditions. He’d also like his wife to be honest with him and to be someone he enjoys hanging out with. But, beyond this straightforward admission, what sets him apart is that he specifically wants someone who will genuinely be happy with this arrangement. He could easily take advantage of some naive girl who doesn't fully grasp the weight of her decision. Instead, he wants an intelligent person who is going into it with her eyes wide open. He wants a wife who is equally passionate about her own interests so that she will enjoy the freedom of being alone rather than finding it sad and isolating.

It makes him a terrible match for Panelope (who he dropped as soon as he realized she'd be deeply unhappy in their marriage) and the whole sexist system still sucks, but imagine how happy he could make the Charlotte Lucases of that world.
