The brain dead take I saw was that somehow him being in PE makes him smarter than Travis. Like please be serious, a PE guy would give his left arm just to manage Travis's portfolio let alone having the investments he has.

I’m sure he’s a very smart guy but he will probably never be as wealthy as Travis unless he makes it to partner level at his firm (rare, he’ll probably job hop before he ever gets that far). finance is extremely lucrative for the average person but travis’s wealth is on a whole other level lol.

I listened to Red 2012 yesterday and I just kept thinking a 20-22 year old wrote these songs. More than half of them were solo written. Insane!

people forget how much of red is solo written bc of the number of new collabs! but yes. she outdid herself on both speak now and red. I also think working with max martin and shellback on cutting down her songs to make them more concise was one of the best decisions she made. the songs pack such a punch without being super long.
