I owed my life to my last name it carried well. Born and raised in a wealthy powerful generational family had its perks but it also had its downs. I knew my life already I knew who I would marry, that I’d be CEO by the time I’m twenty five. Stuck in a marriage of convenience in a world were power and fame was basically our currency.

I thought my life would always be like this until you.

It was a routine trip I did every few months nothing seemed out of the ordinary but then we meet and god my world is flipped upside down. You were so different to anyone I’d ever known, a breath of fresh air. How could two weeks change everything I’ve felt. I knew it was wrong wanting you but I couldn’t help it.

In reality we were from two different worlds, we would never have met if it wasn’t for us both staying at this hotel. Truth was you were hiding the truth from me for this entire time. Though I was in my mid twenties you were younger pretending to be on some trip. We instantly connect with each other and when we have to leave we make a promise to meet up. It never happens but what happens when our worlds come clashing back together.
