Idk why but I feel the need to write this somewhere and here sounds like a good place. I want @taylorswift to know how thankful we all are to her, her team, the authorities, and everyone who made sure people were safe, even if it meant having to make the impossible decision to cancel the shows.

I hope she’s seen the reaction within the community she’s built. How everyone flooded the streets of Vienna, trying to make the best out of a really shitty situation. How they sang, and traded bracelets, and helped each other deal with everything.

I hope she’s proud of that, of how resilient, and strong, and fierce we are, of how we are not letting fear take this away from us. The Eras Tour is our safe space, and we will fight for it to continue being that for everyone.

I hope she knows it’s because of her that we are like that. We grew up with her as a role model, and we learned those qualities from her. That is, quite literally, the legacy she built that they can’t undo.

I hope she’s taking care of herself and that she knows that none of this is her fault and that she has somebody there giving her a hug. I think we all need a hug right now.

I’m probably screaming to the void here, but I need to get it out somewhere. I absolutely hate that pretentious so called “fans” have fucked up the relationship we had with Taylor and I completely get why she’s distanced herself from social media, and us, but I’m so angry about it.

We were so lucky, she gave us so much of herself, we had such a close bond with her, even if you were never lucky enough to interact directly, you could feel how much she cared about us and our swiftie community. But people feel the need to be complete assholes and spread lies and misinformation, and I’m sure what hurt her the most is that it was coming from inside, from people calling themselves fans. And it makes me sick, bc if you know her, you know the kind of person she is and how much she loved us and how much it must have hurt for people to betrayed her like that.

Anyway, I hope she knows that it’s not all of us, I hope she knows the real ones know her character and how good of a person she’s always shown us she is and that we completely understand and respect her decisions. And hopefully, someday, she feels safe enough to share things with us again.

Now I’m gonna go angry cry about it 😭
