Filipino Street Food: Turon

"Turon (Philippine Spanish: turón de banana or turón plátano), also known as lumpiyang saging (Tagalog, banana lumpia), is a Filipinosnack made of thinly sliced bananas (preferably saba or Cardaba bananas) and a slice of jackfruit, dusted with brown sugar, rolled in aspring roll wrapper and fried." For me, Turon is one of the best Filipino street food i've ever tasted. This food is not for people who have diabetes because it has lots of brown sugar. I think brown sugar is sweeter than white sugar. I'm not sure tho.

Their turon cost about Php 10 each. I don't know the price of banana cue and camote cue tho. Lol. I'm not a big fan of 'em. And, oh! Here are some photos that I took awhile ago.
