- generous pinch of sea salt

- oat milk as needed

- ⅔ of a birthday cake protein puff

➡️ Heat until warm enough to melt the protein puff, adding oat milk as needed.

Had a little fun with my Saturday morning Buckwheat Flour #pancakebreakfast ... Even though the @builtbar Yellow Chirps aren't actually in the shape of chicks or whatnot, I was trying to give the appearance of a nest on top. I cut out a circle on the top pancake and placed the chirp and some @yumearth giggles within it. Admittedly, I saved some of the candies for later because it turned out to be a little too much sweet for me at once, but it was fun nonetheless.

Lemon Baked Oats/Mug Cake with figgy filling and topped with a melty @builtbar yellow chirp which will be available for a limited time STARTING TUESDAY 05 APRIL, 2022, 0001 MST, 0201 EST. If you flip through the pics, the videos switch to cake 2 which wasn't as nice a melt as cake one but I hit the wrong button some how and didn't get the video the first time around 🤪. Both were equally delicious!! Really enjoyed the flavor combos and gooey goodness of the melty mini protein puff!!

#dEats

- 2 tbsps oat flour, I used ground sprouted @onedegreeorganics rolled oats

- 1 tbsp coconut flour, or 2 tbsps more oat flour

- ½ tsp baking powder

- pinch of sea salt

- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- some lemon zest

- ¼ cup plant milk, I used oat

- optional: fig spread for the center

➡️ Mix well and transfer to oven safe baking dish, adding the fig spread if using to the center.

➡️ Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes; place Built #chirp on top and bake for 2 more minutes to soften.

➡️ Enjoy!

Topped with a little more zest and some Easter gummies. 😋
