what are your favourite animes and could you see yourself write for any of them? (other than attack on titan)

there are so many anime and manga that I hold close to my heart, but my top three as of now are aot, csm, and nana. I also love jjk, naruto, death note, and the list goes on...

when it comes to fan fiction, I plan on writing a jjk story after I've completed dear daisy. I already have an outline and draft for a choso one, however the more evil part of me itches to write a very angsty underground boxer au sukuna fic first. I could also see myself write a csm story one day, maybe akixreader?

I just rewatched beautiful boy (a movie I promised myself I'd never rewatch cause I knew I'd trigger me baaad and it did, oops) and I didn't even clock that the protagonist doesn't just share his addiction but also his name with Nick in my story. I haven't watched the movie in years but maybe I chose the name subconsciously cause he reminds me of my brother so much and the movie is still in my mind, years later.

is carmen inspired by someone and/or do you have a face in mind or is he just a completely made up oc

I do have one guy's face in mind when I write but his personality is inspired by multiple men I've known throughout my life.

he's not that much older than the group and y/n, he was around her current age when they met. I mentioned a few physicalities, e.g. his brown, curly hair and sharp canines, plus he's latino, but in the end you can imagine him however you like 🤷‍♀️ in my mind he's def shorter than jean tho, not much taller than 5'10, with softer features and darker eyes than him.

okay gang I finally finished up my new apartment. with the much appreciated help of my mom, I deep cleaned, unpacked & decorated the place for the last three days straight— so I can finally get back to writing oa&h, I honestly missed it sm

tomorrow's my first day of uni so I'm lowkey really scared (also, at what point can I reveal to the friends I'll hopefully make there that I write fanfiction lol)

hii! I was just wondering, do you already have the ending for oa&h in mind/planned? not asking for spoilers obvs, just really curious if you have it all planned out or not :)

I have a lot of ideas swirling around, but not every part is fully fleshed out yet.

I actually have a whole notebook dedicated to the story where I jot down all my scattered thoughts and details, just to keep everything organized and avoid losing track. the next chapters are pretty much planned out and summarized in it. there are still some things I'm unsure about tho, whether I’ll use them and if so, how they’ll fit in.

as for the ending, I have two endings in mind, pretty different ones at that but I guess we’ll just have to wait and see how things unfold over time :)

also, I wanna start my own ff so bad but have no idea how to write tbh. do you have any tips on how to improve writing ?

tysm, that means the world the world to me!! I read a lot and always have, both fanfiction and "classic" books. I really believe that's the best way to improve both your language (especially if english isn't your first language) and your story telling instincts. just by absorbing how different authors pace things, describe emotions, build tension, or write dialogue, you start developing your own feel for what works. and then of course, there's the other half, writing and rewriting. allow yourself to be bad at first. no one is born with the magical ability of being a writer, even the most talented people have to find their own voice. share your work and be open for feedback.
