I'm pleased with this, not because it's a great photo, but because it's the first time I've gone out and shot things on film in over 15 years. I bought a second-hand Nikon F80 body for next to nothing and am re-using the lenses I have for my DSLR. Nostalgia is great but it reminds me what hard work photography used to be.

Welsh Hill Farming
I've started a new blog for my university work so, if you're not completely fed up with pictures of farmers and sheep, feel free to go to welshhillfarming.tumblr.com and have a look.

Penderyn Ram Sale
These Glamorgan rams look harmless enough but will attack or jump out of the sale-ring in an instant. Hardly any of the sellers were prepared to go in the ring without something to defend themselves with. Probably the nearest thing to bull-fighting I’ve seen in the UK!
