At the crossfit gamesday carrying a yoke - how much did this weigh??
Recent crossfit gamesday - clean and jerk ladder. Completed 60kg clean but failed the jerk.

Physio treatment
On tuesday I went to Sydney's sports medicine Centre at home Bush Bay(the Olympic sports grounds) and was very happy with the assessment! My pain is all coming from a slight slouch to my right! No tendonitis like I originally thought.
So no snatches, dips, or pullups!
I've just sort of started doing everything else which is fucking hurting me but it's more muscle soreness than pain so gotta toughen up!
Finally conquered the stump jump! <10 seconds to complete jump.
Look! Nothing beats a sandwich. Ham, relish, baby spinach, cheese, gluten free bread. Red pawpaw. I could never give up grains. They give me strength energy and power! And red paw paw is anti inflammatory ;)
Slowly learning how to do this! Pushing harder every week.
Beauty everywhere! Not that beauty should be important but the concept is not going anywhere right?! So - Yes these crossfit bodies are beautiful! Fitness and strength > skinny thin and/or starved
Can't wait to start paddle boarding!
