I feel awful making this, but with losing my job last month, a death in the family requiring emergency travel expenses, and a laundry list of other expenses hitting us all at once including vet bills and trying to recover financially from a cross country move just a few months ago, I'm going to be putting out a tip jar.

The job market is tough right now, I'm making what effort I can, but in the meantime I am asking if you enjoy my content or my commentary and are in stable place to be able to, please consider dropping what you can. I am very proud of the community of people I've had the delight of sharing my time with these past years and has really helped my find my voice when I was adrift and angry so many years ago, it's kind of corny to say but having this community on Tumblr has really helped save my life. I am raising money on behalf of my family of ten (my father, mother, brothers, sister and her children 🥺Adem👶, Nasser🧒 and Baraa👧). We are trapped in Gaza and living in tents with minimal access to water, food or basic necessities. My family and I are at risk of death at any moment, if not from bombs, then from hunger, dehydration or disease.
