******* update ******* it's July 2016 and the mbdx hq has relocated from providence to a busted black truck to a garden shed in california! it's been a year of precariousness and chaos, breaking down and setting up zones, new input, inspiration, overstimulation, and recontextualization. musings on the worlds of art, punk, legitimacy, productivity and access to tools. trying to keep making things and communicating visually even when things are a mess. recent news; the mbdx pile plus a growing baby distro just visited ZIN FRONTERAS in Tijuana, mx with comrades from POSR press and SBSM. debuting here was the long-overdue compilation of rat radio mothers news comic strips! And after months of thirst I've found a new sketchy printshop home at session space gallery in oakland. recent projects include a commissioned print for FORCE QUIT, a wingnut musical about the death of the internet. in the worx: ROT 7, contributions to scream queens magazine, garbage videolab, posters for upcoming gigs, 2017 calendar, shit tattoos, rainbow rolls and bootlegs. &dreams: more fashion, more objects, fabric, building up on the zone, writing it all down, deeper practices all around.
