I think we need to start questioning both sides beacause both sides could be in the wrong and doing it to fit their agenda and I'm from UK so whatever is happening in America it's somehow effecting the rest of the world that's why I'm learning now because both sides don't know what's working and what's not 🤨🤨🤔 their needs to be that bridge beacaue theirs gonna be peer pressure from certain people and then we're gonna have other people getting left out beacaue of these agendas like some people assuming people's sexuality that's just going to get the rest of us confused who do know what our sexuality is and has someone who's had people assuming my sexuality I know it can effect especially since glee was on during the times and I went to a Catholic school where I should've been learning about all of that and then I had a girl who used to be my friend and she said two girls dating is wrong but yet she said both boys can date that's her belief and I had to stay silent beacaue I know that everyone has the right to be themselves without people judging us and then when her or her relative I really don't care who it was now was forcing me to come out and admit I was a certain sexuality and I ended up in tears beacaue I knew what was my sexuality and that was straight but then I started to question myself the what if I am which made me make stupid decisions and believe in certain people's all beacaue I shipped LGBTQ+ characters and it should be normal and that I support the community and when I told the teachers about it they brushed it off some people needs to stop forcing and assuming people's sexuality there's to much pressure and when people jump on bandwagons and make it cool then it will be more pressure and there's been more people calling out on it but social media and main stream media and these celebrities and social influencers have been using this to fit their agenda for most fans to vote a certain way and not think for themselves the main question is we need to start listening to each other but also listen to people like Michael Jackson and other previous generation beacaue they've been onto something but we've not listened if anyone needs uplifting pop music right now I recommend in listening to Ronan Keating Life Is A Rollercoaster beacaue life is a rollercoaster we're meant to go through all this to learn

Also queer characters can just exist and dont need a lover to confirm their queerness. For example perfuma was clearly wlw but she never had to state it and didnt have to get a gf to show that and same goes for every other character. Representation isnt just a same sex couple kissing and characters stating that theyre gay or bi or whatever, they can just exist without saying anything and people can pick up on who/what they are based on how they act just like you dont need straight characters to say theyre straight.

fucking hate it when the stuff everybody says "actually works" does actually work.

hate exercising and realizing i've let go of a lot of anxiety and anger because i've overturned my fight-or-flight response.

hate eating right and eating enough and eating 3 times a day and realizing i'm less anxious and i have more energy

hate journaling in my stupid notebook with my stupid bic ballpoint and realizing that i've actually started healing about something once i'm able to externalize it

hate forgiving myself hate complimenting myself more often hate treating myself with kindness hate taking a gratitude inventory hate having patience hate talking to myself gently

hate turning my little face up to the sun and taking deep breaths and looking at nature and grounding myself and realizing that i feel less burdened and more hopeful, more actually-here, that i am able to see the good sides of myself more clearly, that i am able to see not only how far i have to grow - but also how much growth i have already done & how much of my life i truly fill with light and laughter and love
