Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/4 cup tequila. 1/4 cup lime juice. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 sandwich buns. 1 avocado, sliced. 1 tomato, sliced. Lettuce leaves. Mayonnaise or preferred condiments.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix tequila, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they're fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Then slice each chicken breast into thin strips. Toast sandwich buns if desired.
