When they're not sitting together doing interviews 😂
That was sooo boring and Oliver was like i wanna go home ewe 😂
And this is literally one of their first interviews and they weren't even introduced as a romantic couple, and it seems like they've known each other for 6 years 😂😂
I just find it so funny that Oliver and Ryan were sort of matching when they did their joint press. Oliver seemed excited and shared that he was with Ryan on his Instagram. They were both happy, giggling, having a grand ole time, and it was genuine. And then now we have him and his actual onscreen, romantic partner doing a joint interview together, and they’re not even remotely close to matching with their outfits, it seems fake, and you could clearly tell by Olivers facial expression that he would rather be anywhere but there. I’m not even mentioning the fact that Oliver didn’t share one Instagram story about what he was doing today with whom. My babe Oli is never beating those allegations that he can’t stand that man 😂😂😂
Like someone please save him. Ryan come get your boy!!!
Oooh the difference 😂

Eddie Diaz doesn't know that he has a twin brother who will do the impossible to keep everything that belongs to him, what by right should have been his.
Eduardo has come to incriminate and make it seem like Eddie Diaz is not the perfect man that everyone knows. Could Eduardo get away with it?
You can't miss it every Thursday 7 pm East Time
Sorry 😂😂😂😂
Kim: I gotta ask.. What made you want to ask me out
Eddie clearly insane: you look like my dead wife and mother of my child and I had a sex daydream about her while eating lunch with my cardboard girlfriend so I thought why not... Unrelated but i think you'd look GREAT with brown hair
Kim:......
THIS IS KILLING MEEEE
oooh I've seen this episode before xD

There's a ton of theories floating around right now and people worried about everything when it comes to Buddie. Please just let the rest of the season play out before jumping to conclusions about anything. If you look at everything that’s happened this season both on screen and off (with interviews, articles, social media etc) everything is pointing towards Buddie being in the plans. That doesn’t mean it’s going to happen this season though. Tim had to come back and get the show back to where he wanted it to before he left and went to LS. So right now I firmly believe he’s setting things into motion that will eventually lead to Buddie coming together.
We can’t panic if by the end of the season B/T are still together (and trust me I don’t want that) or if something crazy happens like Eddie is engaged to Marisol (I want that even less considering the actress is a pos) but none of that happening rules Buddie out.
If you look at some of the best slow burns on tv everything gets amped up right before they finally come together. They heighten the drama and make you think it's not going to happen so that when it finally does the emotional payout is even bigger. I'm positive that's what's going to happen with Buddie.
Don't let spoilers make you feel crazy or B/T shippers make you feel discouraged. Buddie is the kind of lightning in a bottle ship all shows wish they had. They're not going to throw all their history and the plethora of storylines they can do with Buddie away for these lackluster nothing ships. T*mmy and Marisol are just like any of the other love interests Buck and Eddie have had and just like the rest they will be gone eventually too. We just just have to be patient and let things play out, which I know is easier said than done especially for those of us who have been waiting on Buddie for years but I do believe they'll get there. The best thing you can do right now is continue to show your love for Buddie online. Make sure that everyone involved with 911 knows that a majority of it's fans haven't given up on Buddie and never will.
Recently I've seen a lot of people in many different fandoms go after those who express interest in shipping characters who aren't together in canon, which is just...wild to me. Like these people cite a lot of different reasons why the ONLY right relationship people can ship is the canon one, and some of the takes are even valid, but the core argument is just nuts to me as a person who's been around in fandom for a long time. Idk. I have no solid theory or anything but it feels like this weird shift somehow corresponds with the end of Supernatural or events around that time. It was like Destiel became "canon" and the show ended and now fandom people today have forgotten how shippers were literally ready to burn down the CW to claw the most lukewarm canon acknowledgement of a non-canon ship out of the writers' hands.
Like buddy, do you know what shipping IS? Do you know the history of that term?? The literal definition (you can go google it right now if you don't believe me) is created from people's desire to put two characters together in a non-canonical relationship. The act of shipping has been NON-CANON by nature from the start. So for some (many young, some not) fandom people to say nowadays that you can ONLY ship things from canon?? It's...absolutely revealing a flaw in how we share and perpetuate fan history. Absolutely baffling that the very term created to refer to something could be weaponized against that very same thing. We need to do a better job educating people on how all the fandom staples like AO3 and ship culture came about lest we lose them to the very things they were created to combat.
Been seeing a lot of negativity towards Eddie and Buddie lately. Please like or reblog this if you still ship Buddie and know Buck and Eddie are meant to be each other’s endgame person.
😂😂
I just got on the Bridgerton train, now I urgently need a story with Eddie as Anthony and Buck as Kate 😭 unfortunately this is not a fanfic, it's just a huge wish and I hope these images serve as inspiration
Like honestly as a Buddie shipper, what the fuck are we supposed to focus on??? What does all of this mean if not Buddie canon???
We get closer than ever this season. There’s a lot of changes in the relationship and how we interact. We’re trying to give the audience what they want.
Well, there’s something brand new for both of us. I can only say that much.
Outside of Christopher, Buck would be the second closest thing that he can have as a relationship.
And then go to Buck and say, 'I trust you with my child, and I see how much you put in for my son; this goes beyond friendship, and I love you to the core. To have that sense of vulnerability is a sense of strength that has been shown.
And the way Eddie navigates that is just kind of a no, that's just who he is. And nothing ruffles my feathers. Even if you break my ankle or maim me, it's fine. That's who he is, and I love him either way. And there's no competition for Eddie.
I don't think that the Buddie fans are wrong.
There is a chemistry there that exists just naturally, so we don't have to try and lean into that or lean away from that. We just let it flow.
Oh, 100%. 100%. I watch certain edits and I think 'Am I Team Buddie?' because there are really talented editors out there. And you know how it is.
Obviously Eddie and Ryan who plays him is obviously an attractive man.
I think with this season 7, we got a lot in store for the audience. You give them what they’ve known and a lot of what they don’t.
There’s a scene in the first episode, where Eddie reveals that he's going — or he mentions a first date, and it in fact ends up being Christopher's first date. And Buck has this moment of "Oh. I thought things were going great with Marisol...' So little moments where I felt like, 'Is there scope to play with Buck?'
They've both become quite embedded in each other's lives. "I think they've kind of bonded and connected on so many levels, whether it be work, their personal lives and then add in that kind of fun dynamic where they clearly do just get on well. I think it's just a nice recipe for a good relationship, however you choose to see it.
There's some really beautiful stuff between him and Eddie and kind of them being open and sharing things with each other that they may have been reluctant to share with—I know how that's going to be taken. But it's true. [They're] there for each other in a very kind of open and nonjudgmental way.
They get to show up for each other in different ways. Moving forward there’s almost like potential for things to come up in a not so great light. But we get to see their friendship persevering, and them being there in ways they didn’t necessarily expect for each other. And I just, it’s a really lovely journey for them this season.
Eddie doesn't really have a sense of direction, so he reaches out for the closest person, and that closest person is Buck.
And Eddie was a mess. I think at that moment, the friendship had a turning point and now has allowed Buck and Eddie to really share as much or whatever they'd want, the scariest things in the world they could share with each other. And we're going to be seeing more of that this season.
As far as [Eddie's] sexuality, I think it's pretty clear that he's tried to fill in this motherly, this wife type role—that's all he knows…"And he's a man [that] first off, he's Catholic. Second off, he's from the military. So those are very straight-edge kind of lifestyles that don't offer too much of exploring. But through the 118, he's had this epiphany each year, like, 'Well, maybe I don't know as much as I thought I did. And maybe I should be exploring a little bit more and maybe I should understand myself a little bit more and even seek a therapist, which is something new for Eddie.
He is actually starting to figure out who he is outside of 'I am an Army man who has a silver badge! ... He's way more than that. He's starting to live in that [feeling] a little bit more, and I think that's freeing to him.
At this point we can’t be reading between the lines or coming to random conclusions when every thing said is so blatantly obvious.
I keep seeing posts about how us Buddie fans are just being delusional. How we need to stop reading so much into what’s being said during interviews and oh also how it’s offensive to the current ship.
First of all let’s be clear here Buck is NOT in a relationship with Tommy. I feel like this is something you Buck/Tommy shippers are failing to grasp because I constantly see posts about how Buck shouldn’t cheat on Tommy. They have kissed once and been on 2ish dates they are not a couple yet. Being exclusive requires a conversation or at least some acknowledgment by the characters and we haven’t had that yet. They still barely know each other.
Second we have always theorized about Buddie when the characters were with other love interests. We did when Buck was with Taylor. We did when Eddie was with Ana. Is it somehow different now because Tommy is a guy? Is it different now because Buck and Tommy aren't straight? Or is it just because Buck is dating the guy you want him to be with now? I don't know there's just something very strange about how some of you are responding to Buddie/Buddie shippers with all of this.
What's even crazier to me is that so many of you who are all about Buck/Tommy now used to be Buddie shippers or still say you'll be happy if Buddie happens down the line. Yet you're still attacking Buddie and our meta and speculation because it threatens the current ship you want at the moment.
No one is saying that every one of our theories and speculation is 100% correct but we have always speculated on the show and the interviews this isn't something new people are doing. I feel like the response some you have is that we're somehow seeing/hearing only what we want to and or twisting the words of the actors/etc to fit some kind narrative we have about Buddie.
It's not like we're seeing interviews where Oliver, Lou, Tim, etc are saying Buck and Tommy are going to be together 4eva and then immediately twisting that to mean oh they must be lying Buddie is so obviously happening tomorrow. We're inferring what we think might happen based on spoilers and what the actors (and Tim) have said combined with what we hope might happen. We know not everything we think will happen will. We had a ton of theories on 7x04 and 7x05 (many of which turned out to not be true) and despite what some of you think we didn't all collectively lose our shit because they didn't come true.
You can dislike Buddie and us all you want and can disagree with us or our theories all you want but these posts talking about how we're just seeing what we want and setting ourselves up for disappointment come across as hypocritical (considering most of you used to be Buddie shippers) and patronizing. We don't need or want you to save us from our fandom experience. If we're disappointed by the storyline that's our business but right now we're having fun with where things in the show are and are going.
---
I also really don't like how some of you are trashing Buddie to prop up Buck/Tommy. Basically saying that because Buck and Eddie's feelings haven't been verbally confirmed on screen (like in an I'm in love with you kind of way) that we're making it into something it's not and it's not fair to Buck/Tommy because they are canon.
Buddie isn't in a romantic relationship at the moment but they have loved and supported one another and always been been more than friends since basically the beginning. Even Oliver just confirmed that Buck was attracted to Eddie from the first scene. And no attraction alone doesn't equal love but if you can look at the six seasons of history shared by these two characters and only see two bros being the bestest friends you really need to take some media literacy.
I feel like some of you don't understand that not every part of a fictional story is spelled out super literally nor should it be. We know how deep Buck and Eddie's love goes because we can infer that based on their scenes. On all the ways they are there for one another, on how they treat each other, on how their relationship differs from the other friendships on the show. On all the things they say and don't say to one another. A big reason we want to see them in a canon romantic relationship is because of how clear the show has already made it that these two men love each other.
As for Tommy even though I'm not a multishipper I get Tommy's significance in the storyline. I'm also more thankful than I can put into words that Oliver and the show have decided to do Buck's bi awakening storyline epecially considering I'm bi myself. Buck being bi and his journey is incredibly important all on it's own but Buddie being canon is equally as important not because we need to see these guys together but because of what they represent. We have never had a slow burn same sex love story like this and the way it would change media forever if Buddie were to be canon cannot be understated.
