[Stomps on the ground throwing an outright fit, yet the rabbits still remain, chomping away on her crops. Lets out one final aggravated scream closing her eyes and forcing herself to take deep breaths.]

[When she opens her eyes she sees that new farmer making her way up to her home with the… was it the town gardener?] Hmph…. if these are her vile creatures I swear to Goddess… [Calls out, her one hand cupped around the side of her mouth and the other firmly places on her hip.] You there, so called farmer, and boy! Are these your rodents?

[Hears the final scream as the approach the property, wincing and shaking his head.] Well… you can inspect it when we get back I guess… [Hears the woman yell at them from across her property, giving a long sigh.] 

If we make it back… [Looks to the woman, not bothering to give her a single response and instead turns to Mimi.] At least… we found them. Surprised her screaming didn’t scare them off… Brave little things…

<Starts running to catch up with the rabbits and get closer to Elise and starts talking between long breaths> Yeah... they're mine... I'm really sorry!! They got out earlier today, and... <Shakes her head, knowing Elise will probably just yell at her until she takes them away>

Here... <Reaches down for one rabbit, but it hops out of the way before she can grab onto it and she ends up falling forward> Oof! Fearless is right. They're not even scared of the dog...

[Gives a deep frown, not really looking forward to going to the expensive looking mansion, but after seeing Mimi take off in a rush he quickly follows behind.] They are rabbits… Small creatures… Big stomachs. You should have kept them properly enclosed…

[Mutters under his breath as he continues on.]Not that whoever lives at that mansion couldn’t simply buy another field of crops.

They are properly enclosed! <Sighs, still trotting at a pretty fast pace> At least, I thought they were. They haven't gotten out before. Maybe a hole got into their enclosure. I wonder why only three of them got out, then...

<Thinks to herself about proper solutions to patch up the rabbit enclosure on the way to Elise's mansion; she'd have to use something that would be impossible to chew through... maybe a metal plate would suffice. Eventually, she ends up on the mansion's property, Elise's figure in sight in the distance.>

[Hears the screaming and pauses, standing still and turning to look at Mimi - he doesn’t initially recognize the voice, but he points in the direction the scream came from.] Do you think…?

<Flinches when she hears the scream and turns her head toward the source; Elise's massive mansion can be seen even from town> Oh no... 

Maybe, maybe it is. I have to go check! <Briskly starts off toward the manor, still sort of awkwardly holding her skirt> Man, I hope they're not eating everything in sight...

[Tries to gauge her expression and lets out a quick and small smile when he sees her face light up.] Hm… Yes, I said I would. [Looks a little taken aback from the sudden noise of the clap, but quickly regains himself.] I think it was… Less than an hour ago. I came in for lunch shortly after they were gone. [Exits his door way, shutting the door firmly behind him.] We should hurry, they are fast things.

Hmm... there's no telling where they could be by now. <Heads hastily toward the town center, and lifts her skirt a little with her left hand, to avoid tripping over it when walking at such a speed> Follow me, and keep your eyes peeled! They're small, so they might be easy to miss.

[Although his deadpan tone sounds like it’s not fine.] Hm… [Shrugs his shoulders, again trying to recall where the rabbits scattered too when he chased them away.] They headed towards the town center I think… [Is about to turn and leave back into his house, but after some inner turmoil takes a step further outside.] I can… Help you look.

[His worried expression slowly fades into one of confusion - she was looking for rabbits?] …? [Blinks in surprise and then tries to remember if he has, eventually giving a slow nod.] Yes, a saw a few… They were enjoying some of the foliage in the gardens, so I had to chase them off.

[Pauses, looking at her curiously.] Were they… Yours?

<Shuts her eyes and puts her hands to her temples> Oh, noooo! I'm so sorry!! Yeah, they're mine. There should be three of them, and they're really fluffy. Super fluffy.

I haven't been focusing much on crops this season. But my farmland does have a lot of maple trees, and I've been tapping them in my spare time! It's kind of like a crop... but it's better, don't you think?
