Blitzwing isn't any more fem presenting then Astrotrain, i would argue Astrotrain is tiny bit more fem just because in the scenario of gijinkas where they would be asked sm formal Astrotrain has 50/50 chance of wearing a suit or a modest dress and Blitzwing would wear t shirt tuxedo.
