Hey guys, I could really use some help.

I’m starting law school next week and a lot of the expenses are starting to climb. One textbook alone is over $300 and it *has* to be hardcover. So I’ll accepting commissions for fics!

Hey, idk if you can help me out, but my friend and I want to write some comedy about dealing with customer service. I would love it if you could please share some of your best stories of a customer getting mad at you for something so beyond your control you have no idea why they thought yelling at you would help the situation! Please share them below!!!

I’ll start:

I work at a Disney Starbucks. One day, our coffee brewers stop working so we dump the contaminated coffee and have maintenance working on the machine. They have a very distinct outfit compared to ours, and it has maintenance written on the shirts, not to mention this guy was handling tools and actively working on the machine. I’m working the cash register when suddenly, a woman comes up and demands brewed coffee because it’s better than the americano. I tell her it’s not working and, reminder that maintenance is RIGHT BEHIND ME and I’m in no way blocking her view of him, she says, “Well why don’t you fix it?!”

This actually causes our poor maintenance guy to turn around, screwdriver in hand, and stare at our guest, who stares back, unflinching, until she turns away and walks out angrily, muttering that I, my actual name, ruined her vacation.
