So assuming Hibari is actually Akainu's biological daughter based on what we know, that is :

• Both the characters speaking in the Hiroshima dialect

• Both share the same Blood Type F.

• Both Akainu and Hibari are from North Blue.

There is also a Spin off manga called Koby ni no Kobiyama. It’s based on a character called Kobiyama who looks exactly like Koby before he joined the marines. The manga also features another character called Akaishi Madoka who is a huge One Piece fan and also has a massive crush on kobiyama.

Akaishi Madoka has a father who is referred as Akaishi Papa. To everyone who knows him he appears absolutely terrifying and they are completely intimidated by his presence but he is actually a doting father who is extremely gentle with his daughter.

Now imagine Hibari telling Akainu about Koby once they start dating and how much she adores and admires him.

Akainu tries to recall who Koby is and this image of Koby from Marineford pops into his head since that was his first impression on Akainu.

You know I like mermaid AUs and now I’m thinking about shark merman Jotaro who wants to be friends with dolphin merfolk but they don’t trust him and his scary shark teeth, which is why Jotaro feels lonely. One day Kakyoin finds Jotaro on the beach and tries to communicate with him. Jotaro can’t understand what he says but he’s happy to find someone who isn’t scared of him. He brings small gifts like pebbles, clams and pearls to show that he likes Kakyoin and wants to be friends with him even tho they can’t talk to each other. He tries his best not to lose him and be lonely again.
