Ladies, run for the hills. Indecision is a decision. If someone likes you, they’ll move mountains and cross seas to be with you, it’s as simple as that. If you have to question their affection constantly, pick up and go. No amount of empty words and long nights can make up for the fact that they don’t respect or like you enough to commit to you. The very fact that they’re taking advantage of relationship privileges says everything about the respect they have for you, and eventually the respect you have for yourself will wither, too. Sit back and look at your situation through a lense; an outsider. You’d scream at the girl on the other side to let go. You will find someone that wants these things with you, it just isn’t right now. Never compromise yourself at the expense of some boy who decided you weren’t enough, because you are, and someone else will find that in you. Once you realize the goddess you are and what you have to offer, you’ll never settle again.

what I learned from breakup

I learned I need to be a little nicer in a relationship; all in or all out. Effort goes both ways. Love can be one-sided. And if you’re on the giving end, that sucks. But you will move on.

I learned I need to clarify my needs and my wants. Talking about your feelings is hard, but it will save a lot of time and tears in the end.

I learned what I want in a person. You can’t full on change people. Influence only goes so far.

I’ve learned about closure. Even when it’s not what I want.

I’ve most of all, learned how to love and how to still love even from a step backwards because i forevermore what him to be good even if it’s not with me. If he doesn’t want to be with me, then obviously he’s not the person for me.
