Fitness Log #2

SW: 75kg CW: 73 kg (160 pounds) Weight lost in a week: 2 Kgs Is this even possible?? Seems like my weight scale is lying to me because can you lose 2kgs in a week?!?! I have been going to the gym tho, controlled my ice cream intake and switched from normal chocolate to dark chocolate but I still am not dieting //that// much. This is only week one. Hopefully I'll keep this up.

So, I started going to the gym and I really want to keep a log to mark my progress. Current weight: 75 Kgs (around 165 lbs) Goal: 55 Kgs (around 120 lbs)

I want to achieve this by the end of this year. I’m not sure if that’s possible lol. But yeah, let’s go!
