Or shaming women at all just because you don't agree with something they did or said.... I've witnessed/heard too much of this bullshit happening as of late and I feel inclined to remind those around me to appreciate, or at least acknowledge another individuals choices, even if they don't match yours. Individualism is too precious of a value for anyone to stomp on, girl or guy.

A bit belated with this butt: I am SOo proud of these people. After many hours of read-throughs, repeats, laughs, snacks, anddd a Car Wreck 40mins before opening house.... we managed to pull through and STILL put on a wonderful show. I was so honored to get to create art with these people at Rouges &Renegades. (BK my radical stage manager, not pictured.) Directing "Distorted Dreams" written by John Michael Hoke gave me perspective on the Director in me & now has me looking forward to doing D2s!♡ I couldn't have asked for a more dedicated cast. We were living proof of "the show must go on"'.

#TRANSFORMATIONTUESDAY Every now and then I have to remind myself how far I've come along in order to keep pushing. It's rare that I go through these old photos bc back then I was too insecure for full body photos. I stand firm on never becoming the girl on the left ever again... But it is much easier said than done. Food is Amazing, but It is not our enemy. This journey has many ups & downs, and if I've learned anything throughout the process it's that you have to want & need this for YOURSELF, and for you alone. I am all for body positivity, but I also advocate good health. Hearing that I was medically considered "morbidly obese" at the age of 10 fucked me up. & that will always stay with me, but it does not define me. I've worked to get where I am & I will never stop. This is only a partial progression within my life long journey 💋💪
