Edward Mandell House
Edward Mandell House was an American diplomat, politician and eventual advisor to President Woodrow Wilson. Although Woodrow Wilson later ended relations with House and other top advisors after believing they deceived him at the Paris Peace Conference of 1919.
Edward was born in Houston, Texas and later became active in Texas politics. Both he and his father had ties with individuals in the Ku Klux Klan. When the Klan dispensed after the Civil War, a new “legitimate” organization took its place named the Texas Rangers. Many of the former members of the Klan became members of the newly formed Texas Rangers. Edward would use his money and influence to gain the loyalty of the Texas Ranger members.
Edward helped to make four men governor of Texas: James S. Hogg (1892), Charles A. Culberson (1894), Joseph D. Sayers (1898), and S. W.T. Lanham (1902). After each election House would act as unofficial advisor to each governor. Eventually, he wanted more control than just in Texas. Rather than obtaining the political positions himself, he would continue to influence candidates from behind the scenes. House figured if he could control the President, a few men in the House, and a few men in the Senate, he could basically control the country. Edward was instrumental in getting Woodrow Wilson elected as President.
Edward knew the public would perceive one man was representing them when in reality an entirely different man was in charge. He helped establish a secret society in America that has since operated in the exact same fashion - the Council of Foreign Relations. Earlier, Edward and a number of his former schoolmates were members of the Cecil Rhodes Round Table Group. The Cecil Rhodes Round Table Group was essentially the backbone of the Council of Foreign Relations. Four of their primary objectives were to create a progressive income tax, a central bank, the League of Nations (now known as the United Nations) and what is now known as the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
The Round Table Group sought to control the American public by having the government tax people and deposit the people’s money into their central bank. The Group would control the central bank, therefore, controlling the money. The Group would take control of the State Department and formulate government policy. The Group would control the CIA which would gather information about people and produce psycho-political operations directed towards them to secretly influence them.
Some of the first legislation of the Woodrow Wilson Administration was the institution of this graduated income tax through the Underwood Tariff or the Revenue Act of 1913 and the creation of the central bank through the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.
These tax laws were used to rationalize the need for legislation that allowed the establishment of tax-exempt foundations. The tax-exempt foundations became the link between the Group member’s private corporations and the University system. The Group would control the Universities by controlling the sources of their funding. The funding was money being sheltered from taxes being channeled in ways which would help achieve Round Table Group aims.
Edward Mandell House stated such in a private meeting with Woodrow Wilson:
“[Very] soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a national system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our security as a chargeback for our fiat paper currency. Every American will be forced to register or suffer being unable to work and earn a living. They will be our chattel, and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions.
Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two should figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability.
After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debt to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap to us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor to this fraud which we will call “Social Insurance.” Without realizing it, every American will insure us for any loss we may incur and in this manner, every American will unknowingly be our servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption and, we will employ the high office of the President of our dummy corporation to foment this plot against America.”
