i like that nightfall and yor are love rivals but think they are completely different types of rivals

nightfall thinks loid is totally smitten with yor he is but yor isnt good enough for him bc she’s not also a spy so she cant help with the mission, but also nightfall is just such a loid/twilight fangirl she just wants to be his wife

meanwhile yor has struggled since the beginning to be a good wife and mother, not because she really desires those things or is madly in love with loid, but bc if she loses her position as mrs. forger, she cant keep her assassin job. so she sees nightfall as her rival in that she must be better wife material than yor is bc yor is so bad at all the housewife stuff

and then you have loid in the corner completely oblivious to all of this bc he just needs anya to fuckin pass her math test and not deck damian desmond in the face or his entire operation fails and he has no idea that these two women are vying for the position of his wife but for completely different reasons
