I met a precious, beautiful soul, unfettered, liberated and free She lives with purpose and passion, skills, she teaches me. Her eyes, a crystalline river, swimming, I am lost. Drowned by her beauty, in reality, euphorically glossed. With hair red like glowing embers, flaming like the sun. She embodies poise and power, out of millions, she’s but one. With intellect abound, her advice, sage. An intrepid path I follow, fearless, not assuaged. She has trekked it, its rocky path, traversed. Whispering guidance, against the routes averse. For life is a strange journey, and I’ve learned it best, to heed the traveler who, already hath trave'sed. On lonely evenings, lying near her warm breast, under twinkling star and sky, she brings tranquility and rest. I fear the day she leave me, for time is truest the reaper. Fearful and knowing this, it only draws me deeper. Time waits for no man, the clock regardless, ticks Live and love while you can, before occasion slips.
