THE KING’S MOST EXCELLENT MAJESTY IN COUNCIL

The previous Report of a Committee of the Council was today considered: —

YOUR MAJESTY was pleased, to refer to this Committee a Petition on behalf of the King, Council, and Fellows of the Golden Order, praying for the grant of a Supplemental Charter:

“The COMMITTEE have accordingly considered the Petition and have agreed to report it as their opinion that a Supplemental Charter may be granted.”

HIS MAJESTY, having taken the Report and the Draft Supplemental Charter accompanying it into consideration, was pleased, by and with the advice of His Council, to approve them. It is His will that henceforth, the Fell Omen shall be used for the protection of Leyndell and her territories, and shall remain in possession of immunitie, freedom from action or suits, and, for the safety of his person, tenements whereof he is lawfully possessed with immunitie from violence, unlawful abuse or wrong.

It is accordingly ordered that the Right Honourable Lord High Chancellor of Leyndell should cause a Warrant to be prepared for His Majesty’s Royal Signature for passing under the Great Seal a Supplemental Charter in conformity with the annexed Draft.

I have been so busy and am still getting used to my new tablet but this tugged at my heartstrings so here you go. It’s a semi-unfinished doodle but he wants you to know it’ll be fine.

This is not Hamilton, but a Harry Potter-themed quick fan art I did at a friend’s request for her birthday. It’s a patronus representation of Snape’s light and dark sides, represented by the doe and the snake. (you can tell which wins)

Here is Part 2 of my Marliza diptych which explores the recurring and contrasting leitmotifs in Hamilton (in this instance, helplessness). :D And, below are the two girls side by side.

Eliza: first love, beginnings, creation, song of innocence

Maria: worldly love, endings, destruction, abuse, song of experience

This one is for the anon who requested Marliza, whoever you are. I hope you see this! <3

This is supposed to be part of Marliza diptych - a contrasting Eliza / Maria two-piece - which I’m working on. It explores the leitmotifs that occur and re-occur in Hamilton. In this particular instance, the theme of helplessness with the line ‘Boy you got me / Helpless’ vs. ‘Don’t leave me with him / Helpless’.) Eliza’s is the Song of Innocence (to use a William Blake metaphor) so it exudes new beginnings, first love/innocence; Maria’s will be the Song of Experience and will have darker connotations, as the line itself does.

My drawing tablet broke :( Which means I have to go to a tech store and see what would be a good one to get, since the drivers for this one were obsolete. I wish we had Best Buy here, they’d be brilliant.

Thank you so much!! I’m actually working on a Marliza piece right now, but I still have to translate Maria from my headcanon into this more animation-like style, and figure out how I want her to look. That’s what I’m working on atm.

Okay so the picture of Angelica that you posted saying "I'm not here for you" I at first saw the ruffles on her dress as weird pink little arms and was so confused....
